Heart Score: Calcium Scoring to
Detect Early Heart Disease
Nearly 35 percent of women who experience a heart
attack had no previous symptoms. Conditions that increase your risk
of developing heart disease include high blood pressure, high cholesterol,
smoking, obesity, physical inactivity, diabetes
and stress.
Heart Score is a comprehensive screening package that includes a heart CT scan check of calcium build-up in coronary arteries, a lipid panel (HDL/LDL), blood glucose, lifestyle evaluation and a one-hour consultation with a nurse.

Stress Testing
The Women's Heart Center offers women a low-cost
advanced screening program to help diagnose heart disease. Doctors
recommend stress tests for women ages 40 and up, as well as those
with a strong family history of heart disease, stroke or diabetes.
You can take it for only $150*.
Included in the package is a treadmill stress test, a cholesterol screening and blood pressure evaluation and body mass index. You'll also receive a computerized risk profile during your consultation with our nurse practitioner and physician.
